Meditation is an amazing yet very simple practice that anyone can do. It can however be difficult to start with. These tracks will guide you through a highly effective yoga technique to help you rapidly enter the right state of mind for meditation practice. With regular use, you will be able to use these techniques by yourself, anywhere and anytime you like.
The tracks guide the listener through the process of "going within". It rapidly brings the listener to a calm, peaceful and focussed state. Then there is 5 minutes of silence for you to be truly free of distractions and meditating by yourself. You will be alerted once 5 minutes have passed and an extra minute of silence is offered so that they can continue if they are "in the zone", or would like to take some time to gradually come out of the meditation, rather than being disturbed practice by the next track on your play back device.
The second track adds background music combined with theta waves using binaural beats technology. When used with headphones, this track can be used to help block out noisy environments. The theta waves are proven to help the brain reach the theta brain wave state that has been monitored in expert mediators.
I recommend you set yourself a target of having a 5 minute meditation practice everyday for 21 days.
